CV-Vacuum Generator Working Principle

Time: 2025-03-05

Vacuum generators are widely used in many fields of industrial automation, including machinery, electronics, packaging, printing, plastics and robotics. Their traditional function is mainly to cooperate with suction cups to absorb and carry various materials. They are particularly suitable for handling fragile, soft, thin non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials, or spherical objects. A common feature of such applications is that the required air extraction volume is small, the vacuum requirement is not high, and they usually work intermittently.                                                                                                                                                                  Introduction to vacuum generator: CV-vacuum generator is a new, efficient, clean, economical and compact vacuum component that generates negative pressure by utilizing a positive pressure gas source.               CV-Vacuum Generator Principle

The multi-stage design of the CV-Vacuum Generator uses a nozzle structure, which enables it to produce about three times the vacuum extraction volume while using less compressed air. The DRM multi-stage vacuum generator has a flow rate of I/min and a pressure of kPa, which can basically meet the needs of various vacuum applications. In addition, we are continuing to develop to further reduce the consumption of compressed air while increasing the extraction volume and vacuum degree.

These factors will have a significant impact on the overall performance of the vacuum generator.                                           The performance of the vacuum generator is affected by many factors, including the minimum diameter of the nozzle, the shape and diameter of the convergence and diffusion tubes, and the pressure of the gas source. These factors together determine the working effect of the vacuum generator.                                                 ① Characteristic analysis of maximum suction flow rate

② Characteristic analysis of pressure pvpv at the suction port

③ Relationship between suction port pressure PVPV and suction flow rate under specific conditions when the suction port is completely closed

④ The length of the diffuser should be sufficient to allow various fluctuations at the nozzle outlet to fully develop, so as to achieve approximately uniform flow at the outlet of the diffusion pipe

⑤ The adsorption response time is related to the adsorption volume, including the volume of the diffusion chamber, adsorption pipe, and suction cup or sealed cabin; while the leakage of the adsorption surface is related to the required suction port pressure.
